Ly was born and raised into a loving family in San Juan, Puerto Rico and has been in for FL for 6 years. Her family instilled the core values of kindness, loyalty, and trust and those are the pillars of her character and shape her interactions with others. As an insurance sales agent, Ly quickly established herself as a trusted advisor within the industry. Her commitment to customer service, combined with extensive knowledge of insurance policies, allowed her to guide individuals, families, and businesses in making informed decisions about their insurance needs. Taylor is a Licensed Sales Agent in Florida.  Taylor was born and raised in central Florida where she enjoys horseback riding.  Taylor is competitive but also enjoys helping her co-workers.  After moving from the role of Customer Service Rep to Sales Agent, Taylor has excelled.  She enjoys her clients and working with them to ensure they have the best coverage for the best price.  Taylor also loves Starbuck’s Cold Brew.  

Gloria is our Licensed sales agent in our Florida location. She takes care of personalizing and getting the right coverage for our clients. Gloria was born in Colombia and move to NY for 17 years and currently resides in Florida. Gloria loves being organized and likes to help others. Gloria goes over and beyond for her clients and gives an excellent customer service.

Julie is the Customer Service Rep in Florida.  She is the first point of contact when a customer calls the office.  Julie contacts customers at renewal time to see if anything has changed and follows up with anyone behind on a bill.  She also reviews policies to ensure the customer isn’t missing any discounts that could lower their premium. Julie was born in Connecticut and is a twin.  She moved to FL when she was 3, however, she loves going back to visit CT and her extended family there.  Julie played soccer while growing up, watching her mom play and Coach.  Fun Fact – Julie’s Mom is in the Hall of Fame at UConn!!  Julie worked in the restaurant industry prior to joining our team but loves being in the insurance world.  Her favorite coffee is a Starbuck’s double espresso over ice with caramel and sweet cream foam.
